Rich Casper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and client services within the legal technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Legal Management at CSC since February 2022, Rich has previously held significant roles at doeLEGAL, Inc., including Director of Product & Client Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing product roadmaps, client engagement, and project management to ensure high-quality implementations. Rich’s earlier career includes positions as a Product Manager, Project Manager in Software Development, and a Litigation and Matter Management Specialist at Corporation Service Company, alongside relevant technical experience as a Network Administrator at Landstar Inc. and as an Aircraft Maintenance Administrator in the USMC.
