Thaísa Kelles

Thaísa Kelles is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience at CSD BR since January 2020, currently serving as a Senior Product Specialist and Group Product Manager. Thaísa has led product development teams, focusing on derivatives products such as Swap, NDF, and Options, and has successfully managed insurance product portfolios, guiding teams through the Product Discovery phase and aligning strategic roadmaps. Previous roles include Product Analyst and Junior Product Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and product presentation. Thaísa's early career included internships at WE Engenharia de Avaliações LTDA and Votorantim Cimentos, where foundational skills in environmental studies and sustainability were developed. Educationally, Thaísa holds an Engineer’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá and pursued a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering at USP, along with additional training at Escola PM3 and the University of Toronto.
