Riley Southard is a graduate engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Dayton, obtained in 2021. Currently serving as a Graduate Engineer, E.I. at CSDG since August 2023, Riley previously held positions at RaganSmith from January 2021 to July 2023 as a Senior Civil Designer and Civil Design Engineer, focusing on commercial and mixed-use sites across various jurisdictions. Earlier experience includes a co-op role at Civil Site Design Group, PLLC in 2019, where valuable insights into site planning and development stages were gained, and an internship at Crawford and Cummings PC in 2018, which involved field data collection and collaboration with engineering firms.
