Karen Herckis

Karen Herckis is a seasoned global human resources leader currently serving as CHRO and SVP of Human Resources at DISCO since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as VP of HR Business Partnership & HR Operations at Aventri and VP of People at Epiq, where senior human resources responsibilities were held from March 2011 to January 2022. Karen's extensive background encompasses various marketing and human resources positions at prominent companies such as Pitney Bowes, where roles spanned from Manager of Marketing Communications to Global Strategic Marketing Director. Karen also contributed to Stepping Stones Museum for Children as a Marketing Manager and began a career at St. Martin's Press as a Sales Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin and graduate work in accounting, marketing, management, organizational behavior, and organizational design at the University of Connecticut.
