Kim Reed

Kim Reed is a seasoned professional in criminal justice with extensive experience in forensics and crime scene investigation. Currently serving as a Forensics Operations Specialist and Client Success Manager at DISCO since April 2022, Kim previously held multiple roles at the City of Austin from 2010 to 2022, including Supervisor of the Crime Scene Unit and Crime Scene Specialist, focusing on the investigation and processing of violent crime scenes. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Community Services Officer for the City of Auburn, CA, from 2006 to 2010, where responsibilities encompassed managing the evidence room and assisting in investigations. Kim Reed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue Global.
