Abigail Pick currently serves as Vice President at CSG Advisors, a position held since May 2019, after progressing through roles as Senior Associate and Associate. Prior to this, Abigail worked at UJA-Federation of New York for nearly six years, where major contributions included launching a digital ordering system at food pantries, managing a multi-million dollar anti-poverty campaign in New York City, and supervising community investments. In previous roles, Abigail strategically disbursed over $6 million towards anti-poverty initiatives, managed a portfolio of grants, and presented at a national conference. Abigail began professional experience at JDC (The Joint) as Assistant to the Executive Office. Academically, Abigail holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture Studies, both from New York University.
