Nicole Graham is a seasoned financial advisor with extensive experience in affordable housing development and real estate portfolio management. Currently serving as Co-CEO and Principal at CSG Advisors since October 2003, Graham provides strategic guidance to public agency clients. Prior to this role, Graham worked as a Senior Associate at Economic and Planning Systems, addressing real estate development feasibility and local housing policy from 2000 to 2003. Earlier experience includes an Associate position at Urban Partners from 1999 to 2000. Nicole Graham holds a Master of Public Affairs in Public Affairs and Urban & Regional Planning from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
