Alex Mumblat is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory, currently serving as Managing Director at CSG Partners, LLC since October 2005. Specializing in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transactions, Alex has successfully participated in and led over 120 transactions across various industries, including apparel, retail, food services, and telecommunications. Prior to this role, Alex was a Senior Associate at David N. Deutsch & Company LLC from May 2000 to September 2005, where responsibilities included advising on merger and acquisition transactions and providing strategic evaluations. Academically, Alex holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University.
