Scott Dutton has over 35 years of experience in product management and operational consulting, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for WFX at CSG Systems since 2001. In this role, Scott is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and operational management of mobile field applications, focusing on direct sales and field service. Prior to their tenure at CSG Systems, Scott was the President of Stantec from 1988 to 2001. Scott also has experience as a Lead Consultant, providing operational consulting to major domestic telecommunication broadband operators with an emphasis on best practices, workflow optimization, and service excellence. Scott holds a degree from Montana State University-Bozeman, which was obtained between 1978 and 1983.
