Sophie Waite is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background in the recruitment industry, having worked at CSG Talent and Charlton Morris. Prior roles include Senior Business Manager and Business Manager in Life Sciences, as well as Associate Consultant at Lucy Walker Recruitment. Earlier in their career, Sophie served as Assistant Lettings Manager and Lettings Negotiator at Marsh & Parsons. Sophie Waite holds a degree in Business Studies and Economics from Northumbria University, attended from 2014 to 2017, after completing education at Ilkley Grammar School from 2007 to 2014.
