Cassondra W.

Cassondra W. is a Senior Program Manager at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing partnerships aimed at reducing racial disparities in child welfare, reentry, housing, and homelessness systems. Notably, Cassondra shifted the narrative around NYC's #CloseRikers campaign to emphasize supportive housing as a de-incarceration strategy, a perspective adopted by City Council and advocacy leaders. Currently serving as a Catalyst with The Women's Impact Alliance, Cassondra is engaged in executive coaching to enhance leadership capacities among women in social impact.
