Laura di Marco

Laura Di Marco is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR processes, including selection, training, job profiling, competency mapping, performance evaluation, and potential assessment. Serving as HR Manager at CSI Piemonte since April 2001, Laura has also worked as the Training Manager at Citta studi Biella, where course design and management for various professional levels were key responsibilities, funded by the European Social Fund. Prior HR consulting roles at Schema srl and GSO Consulenza per lo sviluppo d'impresa included organizational development, potential assessment, and employee selection. Laura holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Torino.
