After that, at Toll Holdings Limited, they worked as an Assistant Financial Accountant, engaging with business managers on unit performance and forecasting. Daniel returned to Maersk Line and took on various roles, including Business Control Manager, Finance Business Process Owner, and Business Partnering Manager. Daniel'sresponsibilities involved performance management, project management, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve financial performance. Finally, they joined The CSL Group Inc. as a Finance Manager, Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and currently serves as a Regional Director, Commercial, overseeing the company's commercial operations.
Daniel Wilson has a solid education history in the field of accounting. Daniel first attended Auckland University of Technology from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting. Daniel then pursued further education at the New Zealand Open Polytechnic, earning their second Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their bachelor's degrees, Daniel obtained a Diploma in Business with a focus on Accounting from Auckland University of Technology between 2000 and 2001. Daniel also has two additional certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) obtained through the CPA Australia Program in July 2017, and a Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Maersk Line in December 2013.
