Andy Schmeltz

Andy Schmeltz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at CSL Behring, Andy previously held several senior leadership roles at Pfizer, including Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Innovation, Global President & General Manager of Pfizer Oncology, and Senior Vice President of Patient & Health Impact. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed Business Unit Director for the US Immunology Franchise, as well as various roles in the US Anti-Infectives and HIV franchises. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
