Cathy MacKinnon

Cathy MacKinnon currently serves as the Business Partner and Platforms Lead - Commercial IT, Executive Director at CSL since July 2025, focusing on delivering scalable digital capabilities that support growth and business agility. Prior to CSL, Cathy held several leadership roles at Organon, including U.S. Commercial Business Technology Lead, where responsibilities included driving technology roadmaps and customer engagement innovation, as well as leading global data and analytics teams. Additional experience includes holding director-level positions at MSD Czech Republic and MSD in the UK, and various roles at Merck, where Cathy managed teams and led initiatives in IT financials, analytics, and commercial solutions. Cathy’s career began at Schering-Plough and Arthur Andersen, where foundational skills in project management and technology consultancy were developed. Academic credentials include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.
