Michael Brown has over 15 years of experience in systems operations and IT support. Michael began their career at IT Future, where they served as Head Computer Technician and Salesperson. In this role, they were responsible for repairing and selling computers, as well as managing networks for home users and businesses. Michael then joined Matsco Solutions as a Helpdesk Analyst and Remote Support Engineer, eventually being promoted to Helpdesk Supervisor. After leaving Matsco Solutions, Michael joined OryxAlign Limited, where they served as Service Desk Team Leader and later as Systems Operations Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Charles Square as a Systems Operations Manager and is currently serving as the System Operations Director.
