With experience in various organizations such as CSRBOX, Sattva Consulting, and International Justice Mission, Santosh has held roles ranging from Associate Researcher to Manager of Social Impact Solutions. Santosh holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics from Christ University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Madras Christian College. Additionally, Santosh has pursued further education in Business Analytics and Humanitarian Law from Indian School of Business and National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad.
