Nicolette Schwander has over a decade of experience in Human Resources Management, currently holding multiple roles at CSS since August 2012, including Projects, Recruiting & Employer Branding, and Human Resources Management. Key responsibilities include serving as Executive Assistant to the CIO, leading HR and finance controlling teams, and managing process coordination for IT services. Nicolette has been involved in crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic and has played a significant role in the implementation of new HR tools. Prior to CSS, Nicolette gained customer service experience as a cashier at Genossenschaft Migros Luzern. Nicolette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and is a certified Lean Manager from SGO Business School.
