Peter Meyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at CSU STRATA since November 2024, Peter previously founded and led Timnath Beerwerks Brewery from November 2018 to November 2024. Peter also held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Brinkman Construction for 16 years. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Richmond, earned between 1983 and 1987.

CSU STRATA (formerly known as Colorado State University Research Foundation (CSURF), is a private, not-for-profit Colorado corporation, legally separate from Colorado State University. CSU STRATA exists to support and serve the Colorado State University System through intellectual property management & technology transfer services, strategic real estate management & development services, and special project oversight & operational management.
