George Deleanides

George Deleanides is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in train operations and logistics. Currently serving as a Manager in Train Operations at CSX since October 2021, George previously held multiple roles at CSX, including Terminal Trainmaster and Management Trainee. At CEMEX from June 2017 to October 2021, George was a Plant Manager focused on safety, cost savings utilizing Six Sigma training, and enhancing customer service. Early career experiences include roles at Georgia Southern University, Hilti, McDonald’s Corporation, and Georgia Ports Authority, where George developed a strong foundation in inventory management, process improvement, and team leadership. George holds a BBA in Logistics, Information Systems from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University.
