Paul Hall

Paul Hall is an experienced Senior Mechanical Manager at CSX, overseeing Car Mechanical Management and Craft personnel across the I-64E corridor, which includes West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina, since January 2009. Previously, Paul served as Shift Superintendent at the Cumberland, MD Locomotive repair facility, supervising various personnel, and as Shop Manager, managing a team of 56 employees in the service and repair of locomotives while overseeing a budget exceeding two million dollars annually. Earlier in their career at Csxt from January 2006 to January 2009, Paul held the position of Manager of Operations, coordinating locomotive repair efforts and collaborating with Engineering and Transportation management to maintain network fluidity.
