Dave Riggs, the Vice President of Operations at the Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health, has extensive experience in various managerial roles within the environmental and emergency response industry. Prior to their current position, Dave served as the Regional Manager at CTEH and held positions at BP Gulf Coast Restoration and Georgia Gulf Corporation. Riggs holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Ohio University.
