Helen Dubach is currently the Director of Environmental Response at CTEH. Previously, Helen has held various environmental response and management roles at companies such as Gigglin' Marlin Dive & Swim, Red Dragon Response, Owens Coastal Consultants, Oil Spill Response Ltd, ITOPF, and the Environment Agency. Helen has a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of South Wales and has also pursued postgraduate studies in Fish and Wildlife Management. Their expertise includes responding to oil and chemical spills, providing environmental training, and assessing hazardous materials in various environmental settings.
