Lalith Rupasinghe is a Senior Java Developer at CTOS, having joined the company in January 2024. Prior to this role, Lalith served as an Associate Tech Lead at Axiata Digital Labs from February 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of six in projects involving Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular, SCSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, REST APIs, and Docker, along with engaging in agile development processes using Jira. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on the implementation of high-quality, scalable applications, and as a Software Engineer intern at Vega Innovations for a brief period in 2017. Lalith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, completed in 2019.
