Deanna Kunze

Deanna Kunze is currently the Deputy General Counsel at CTS Corporation, a position held since January 2025, where responsibilities include supporting the Advanced Materials and Solutions business and global compliance. Prior to CTS, Deanna served as Senior Counsel at Smithfield Foods from February 2023 to January 2025, focusing on commercial transactions, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Deanna's extensive legal career also includes a long tenure as a Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP from March 2009 to February 2023, specializing in complex intellectual property matters across various sectors. Deanna began their legal career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Lovells in roles focused on intellectual property. Academically, Deanna holds a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BA in Government from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude.
