From 2020 to 2022, Clarissa was the Head of Customer Success at GivingForce, a SaaS company specializing in employee engagement software. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at CUBE, a leading RegTech company utilizing AI and automation to simplify regulatory processes.
