Deborah Cegielski is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer of Cubic Corporation.
Deborah Cegielski joined Cubic in March 2022. Cegielski is responsible for the strategic leadership of global people and culture functions for Cubic, including talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR systems, corporate communications, public relations, global business services and oversees the development and advancement of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
Cegielski has over 25 years of Human Resource Leadership experience, having served as the chief human resources officer for Velocity Vehicle Group, chief human resources officer for OSI Systems, vice president of human resources for Landing Gear, a division of Raytheon Technologies (Formally United Technologies), vice president of Human Capital for XLA in Washington DC and vice president of human resources for AMETEK in San Diego.
Cegielski received an MBA from Northeastern University and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a member of NHRA in both LA and OC, and a Governing Body Member for SoCal CHRO for CHRO Executive Summits.
