Carol S.

Carol S. currently serves as the Head of IT Programme Delivery at Cuckoo, a position held since September 2023 after an internal transfer from Jurassic Fibre, where Carol held the same title from October 2022 to September 2023. With a strong background in IT project management, Carol previously worked at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, overseeing the delivery of IT project management and business systems from January 2017 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes roles such as Business Change Programme Manager at Black & Veatch, where Carol managed numerous concurrent projects, and Senior Project Manager at The Cavendish Organisation, focusing on telephony software development. Initial career beginnings were with British Gas and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where expertise in Oracle systems was developed.
