Mike Pereira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and sales industries. Currently serving as President of THE Construction Company of San Luis Obispo, Inc. since July 2016, Mike specializes in custom home building, ADU projects, renovations, and general contracting. As President of Vintage Daylight and its San Luis Obispo sub-dealer, Mike promotes Solatube products, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing clients' living spaces. In addition to these roles, Mike serves as an Instructor in the Construction Technology Department at Cuesta College, teaching courses in Construction Management and related subjects. Previous positions include roles as General Manager at Chris Construction & Design, Director of Sales at Meathead Movers and Diamond Resorts International, and Design Consultant at Renewal by Andersen. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University, earned in 2001.
