Brian Collins is an experienced culinary and hospitality professional with a diverse background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager of Dining Services at Culinesse, LLC since September 2023, Brian is also the Business Owner of MDF Property Group, LLC, focusing on commercial real estate and property management since February 2022. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Food and Beverage at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, and Executive Chef at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. Earlier in their career, Brian worked with renowned establishments such as the Westin Hotels & Resorts and The George Washington, A Wyndham Grand Hotel, holding various executive chef positions. Additionally, Brian has experience as a food stylist for Bill Shilling Photography, supporting projects for numerous clients. Brian holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
