Brandon Gamble is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of IT and Software Development at the Cultural Intelligence Center, Brandon oversees IT initiatives and software development for a leading provider of Cultural Intelligence assessments. Prior roles include Application/Project/Technology Manager at FordDirect, where Brandon successfully transitioned projects to Agile methodologies and significantly improved team performance, and Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Optum Technology, where Brandon managed web development projects, achieved award-winning results, and fostered a collaborative developer community. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Davenport University.
