Doug English is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations. As the Founder and CTO of Culture Amp since December 2010, Doug has driven innovation in employee feedback and engagement solutions. Doug also serves as the Founder and VP of Engineering at the same company. In March 2024, Doug joined The Startup Network as a Board Member, contributing expertise in fostering entrepreneurship. Previously, Doug founded Jodoro in 2009 and held the position of Solutions Architect at National Australia Bank from 2003 to 2008. Doug's career began as an Information Specialist at EDS from 2001 to 2002. Doug earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Software from the University of Melbourne between 1996 and 2000.
