Huanqing Lu

Huanqing (Happy) Lu is an experienced project scheduler and planner with a diverse background in utility construction and project controls. Currently serving as a Project Scheduler at Cumming Corporation and a Senior Scheduler at Henkels & McCoy, Inc., Lu specializes in construction planning, schedule development, resource planning, and change management. Previous roles include Senior Planner for Walt Disney Imagineering, focusing on the Star Wars Land Project, and Senior Project Controls Specialist at WorleyParsons, where Lu managed change and risk analysis. With a comprehensive academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Design, Planning, and Construction from the University of Florida, as well as master's degrees in Computer Science and Construction Project Management, Lu's expertise spans from project engineering in China to academic contributions at East Carolina University.
