Brian Pinkstaff

Brian Pinkstaff, P.E., is a seasoned marine engineering leader with extensive experience at Cummins Inc. since May 2008, currently serving as Sales Director and previously in various leadership roles including Director of the Marine Market and Marine Business for the Pacific Region. With expertise in marine diesel electric propulsion installations and complex troubleshooting, Brian has successfully led application engineering teams and optimized processes for vessel manufacturing quality standards. Brian's technical acumen is complemented by a strong background in designing solutions for OEMs and integrating systems into marine vessels, alongside prior experience as a data engineering consultant in professional motorcycle racing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
