John Havenaar

John Havenaar is an experienced executive in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Executive Director of Total Rewards at Cummins Inc. since 2008. With a robust background in global human resource leadership across multiple divisions, John has significantly contributed to compensation, benefits, and wellness programs for over 60,000 employees worldwide. Prior roles at Cummins included overseeing human resources for various business units, managing HR strategy and global recruiting processes. John’s earlier experience includes leadership positions in talent acquisition and HR for Whirlpool Corporation and GenCorp, along with foundational HR roles at Eaton. John holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hope College.
