Karen Weber

Karen Weber is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in ethics and litigation. Currently serving as the Head of Ethics and Compliance and Corporate Secretary for Amplify Cell Technologies since December 2013, Weber has held various significant roles at Cummins Inc., including DGC in Global Litigation and Assistant Corporate Counsel. Prior to that, experience includes Operations Manager at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and Deputy Commissioner at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Weber started her legal career at Locke Reynolds LLP and Jackson & Kelly. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Purdue University.
