Taylor Spitzig

Taylor Spitzig has a diverse work experience background. They started their career as a Student at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from September 2009 to May 2013. From January 2012 to May 2013, they also served as a Human Resources Intern, completing tasks such as hiring student employees, entering data in HRIS, and assisting in training seminars and benefit fairs.

After their graduation, Taylor joined the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as a Human Resources Assistant, where they performed various responsibilities including organizing Discretionary Merit Compensation awards, planning and coordinating the Years of Service Awards ceremony, and maintaining records. They held this position from May 2013 to May 2016.

In July 2015, they became a Human Resources Assistant-Advanced at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In this role, Taylor was responsible for managing recruitment, implementing the Talent Acquisition Manager system, and reviewing institution policies. They held this position until May 2016.

From May 2016 to June 2017, Taylor worked at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health as a Human Resources Assistant Advanced. Their responsibilities included managing employment processes, disseminating HR information, coordinating program activities, and communicating with various stakeholders.

Taylor then joined CUPA-HR as the Membership Coordinator for the Wisconsin State Chapter from June 2014 to June 2018. They later served as the President-Elect for the Wisconsin State Chapter from July 2018 to June 2019. Currently, Taylor is working as the Compensation, Titling, and Recruitment Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from July 2019 onwards.

Taylor Spitzig attended Verona Area High School from 2005 to 2009. There is no information about the degree or field of study during this time. After graduating from high school, Taylor went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2009 to 2013. Here, Taylor pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management.
