Danilo Guy

Danilo Guy currently serves as the Director of IT Service Management at Curaleaf and as the owner of J & D Consulting Management LLC, a start-up focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Danilo held positions such as Director of Client Engagement at Payarc and Director of Customer Service at ROM Technologies Inc, where responsibilities included collaborating across departments to enhance customer experience and leveraging data analytics for executive reporting. Danilo also has experience as Help Desk Director at Electric, managing a large team and developing KPIs, as well as providing technical support at Doubleknot and supervising customer service operations at Shutterfly, Inc. Danilo holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Pace University.
