Katie Wagster has extensive experience in talent acquisition, with their most recent role being the Director of Talent Acquisition at Curana Health. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at PhyNet Dermatology LLC. Katie also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Anthem, Inc. and as a National Accounts Recruiter at Vaco. Katie began their career as a Sales Representative at Garden of Life and later became a Sales Merchandiser at Schwabe North America - Nature's Way Products, Inc./Enzymatic Therapy.

Katie Wagster attended Benedictine College from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree.
