Morteza Irdmousa has extensive work experience in various industries. Morteza served as the Head of Platform Engineering at Curative, where they played a key role in scaling up the business and implementing transformative strategies. Morteza is skilled in building and mentoring high-caliber engineering teams and leading AI/ML initiatives. Morteza then joined Primary Venture Partners as an Expert, providing strategic advice and guidance to investment teams and founders. Prior to that, Morteza was the Director of Cloud Engineering at Raytheon, where they led a major cloud infrastructure overhaul and contributed to the Department of Defense's transition to agile and DevOps methodologies. Morteza also held positions at RAND Corporation, DTI, BestPractices, Inc, Cricket Legal Technologies, Inc, and Circuit City Stores, where they gained valuable experience in software engineering and technical support.

Morteza Irdmousa has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Information Technologies from George Mason University and a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from the same university. They also attended Harvard Business School for the Business Analytics Program (AI/ML).
