Hernando Guzman

Hernando Guzman is a Board Member at CureMetrix. Prior to this, they were with IfOnly from December 2015 to October 2019 where they served as a Board Member (Mexico). Hernando was also with XB Ventures and LIV Capital from March 2010 to December 2013 where they held the position of VP. Latin Idea Ventures is a Mexico-based VC fund manager whose mission is to empower Mexican entrepreneurs to build, finance, and operate technology-related business in the Mexican market. Hernando was involved in the sourcing, due diligence, and structuring of investment opportunities. Hernando was also actively involved in the optimization of operational, administrative and financial processes, and on the implementation of administrative and corporate governance best practices for portfolio companies YellowPepper (Latam's leader in Mobile Payment and Mobile Banking technology), TecnoIdea (first niche sports car manufacturer in Mexico), Saber Lite (cleantech lighting company), ScreenCast (high quality cinema advertisement), and Interfactura (electronic invoicing and collaboration leader).

Hernando Guzman has a MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management with a focus in entrepreneurship, private equity, and sustainability. Hernando also has a BS in mechanical and electrical engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México.
