Shula Horton currently serves as the Strategy and Operations Manager and Family Success Lead at Curious Cardinals, an EdTech startup focused on pairing K-12 students with near-peer mentors to foster a love for learning. Shula has extensive experience in mentorship and leadership roles, including positions as a Mentor with Birthright Israel Excel and Summit Co-Chair at Brighthive. Previously, Shula has held roles as a Strategy and Operations Associate at Brighthive and a Corporate Strategy Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University. Leadership experience includes serving as President of Vanderbilt Women in Business. Shula has also worked as a Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon and a Business Transformation Consulting Intern at EY. Shula holds a summa cum laude Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business from Vanderbilt University and has studied abroad in Denmark. High school education was completed at Deerfield High School.
