Urban Sandén has a diverse work experience in the field of web development, design, and entrepreneurship. Urban started their career at SAM in 2003 as a graphic designer and web developer, working there until December 2008. In 2009, they joined Urre Design & Development as a designer and web developer, focusing on WordPress development, web standards, JavaScript, and UI/UX design. Urban remained with Urre Design & Development until August 2015. In 2012, Urban co-founded Superprints, where they worked until June 2017. In 2013, they joined Grand Public as a web creator, and their employment there lasted until April 2015. In September 2014, they joined Kollegorna as a Designer/Developer, working until June 2015.

From 2015 to 2019, Urban worked at Sprint Works as a web developer and UI/UX designer, with a focus on creating user-friendly interfaces. In 2014, they also founded Linknest, a simple bookmarking service aimed at providing a clear visual experience for organizing favorite links. Most recently, in April 2019, Urban joined Curity as a web developer and UI/UX designer.
