Jonathan Hartley

Jonathan Hartley has worked in various software engineering roles since 2013. Jonathan began their career at Victoria's Secret as a Front-End Web Developer, where they maintained the desktop, tablet, and mobile versions of victoriassecret.com. Jonathan then moved to The Ohio State University as a Senior Systems Developer/Engineer, where they created a new IP management system and optimized DB queries. In 2017, they co-founded and became CTO of Innovate IP, Inc., where they were the lead creator, technical lead, and manager of one other developer. Jonathan then joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate Software Engineer, using an Angular-like proprietary framework to code and manage the front-end and middle layer for chase.com. In 2018, they joined TeamDynamix as a Senior Software Engineer, using VB, C#, .NET, and ASP Web Forms to develop a project/IT-service management platform. Jonathan then moved to Juggle, LLC as a Tech Lead & Senior Software Engineer, maintaining an existing Rails/React Native app and building out a new app/website with Laravel/Vue.js/React Native. In 2020, they joined Learning Ovations as a Full-Stack Developer. In 2021, they joined Gifthealth as a Senior Software Engineer, using Ruby on Rails/Heroku to help build a pharmacy system and writing tests with Minitest. Jonathan is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Curology, using Laravel/React to build out growth and promotions functionality for curology.com and withagency.com.

Jonathan Hartley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from The Ohio State University between 2001 and 2005. Jonathan has also obtained various certifications from Udemy, including C# Advanced Topics: Prepare for Technical Interviews and C# Intermediate: Classes, Interfaces and OOP in November 2018, C# Basics for Beginners: Learn C# Fundamentals by Coding and Unit Testing and Test Driven Development in NodeJS in October 2018, Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp and The Complete React Js & Redux Course - Build Modern Web Apps in September 2018, and many others since 2017.
