Nicholas Melas

Nicholas Melas is an experienced professional in the fields of policy development, risk management, and regulatory compliance. As the Head of Assurance at Currencycloud since October 2022, Nicholas leads efforts in assurance practices. Previously, Nicholas served in various roles at ClauseMatch, including Principal Consultant and Head of Professional Services, and held the position of Senior Global Policy Manager at Revolut, where Nicholas focused on building a RegTech solution for policy management. Earlier career milestones include positions as a Senior Consultant at EY, a Policy Analyst at APRA, and a Graduate Policy and Standards Analyst at the Financial Planning Association of Australia. Nicholas also gained valuable experience through internships at the Parliament of NSW and Finsia. Currently pursuing an MSc in Global Central Banking and Financial Regulation at the University of Warwick, Nicholas holds a combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws from UNSW.
