Susan Slater

Susan Slater is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and employee engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Experience and Vice President of Transformation and Internal Operations at Curriculum Associates since August 2022, Susan previously held multiple leadership roles at Reading Partners, including Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Regional Operations Officer. In addition, Susan has worked as a Communications Consultant at JONATH & DIMEO, INC since January 2016, and held significant positions at Jumpstart, Boston Center for Community and Justice, and The CAYL Institute. Susan holds a Master's degree in Child Development from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Organizational Psychology from McDaniel College, where studies also included a year at McDaniel College Budapest.
