Keith Obaza is a seasoned production professional currently serving as the Director of Production for Curtis Opera Theatre at the Curtis Institute of Music since September 2022. In this role, Keith oversees all facets of opera production, manages a seven-figure budget, and coordinates logistical aspects for productions such as "The Turn of the Screw" and "The Elixir of Love." Prior to this, Keith held various leadership positions at The Philly POPS, including Vice President of Production, where responsibilities included directing large-scale productions and managing a multi-million dollar budget. Keith's experience also encompasses audio engineering, broadcast operations, and event promotion from roles at YOBC, Beasley Media Group, and WHYY, demonstrating a comprehensive background in media and production. Additionally, Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast, Telecommunications, and Mass Media from Temple University and completed studies at The Juilliard School.
