Jeff Hamlin

Jeff Hamlin is an experienced editorial content producer and news anchor, currently working with Curtis Media Group since July 2015, where responsibilities include anchoring for the North Carolina News Network and WPTF News, as well as serving as a sports anchor. As the owner of Hillsboroughsports.com since August 2015, Jeff broadcasts local high school sports and profiles athletes through written and video content. Additionally, Jeff has contributed as a studio host for the East Carolina Pirates Sports Network since August 2011, providing game updates for football and basketball. Jeff's previous roles include sports editor for the News of Orange, play-by-play announcer at 97.9 FM WCHL, and host/producer at Capital Financial Advisory Group. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University and an Associate's degree in Radio and Television from Central Carolina Community College.
