Bill Bauer

Bill Bauer is an experienced executive in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of North American Operations at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since April 1996. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Metal Improvement Company from 1994 to 2010. Bill's career began in the technical field as a Technician at Technimet from 1986 to 1990, and included a role as Business Unit Manager at Lindberg HT from 1985 to 1988. Bill started in the industry focusing on quality at Quality Aluminum between 1982 and 1984.
