Fazil Hussein

Fazil Hussein is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in sustaining engineering management. Since July 2017, Fazil has served as the Sustaining Engineering Manager for the C4S division of Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, overseeing key mandates such as circuit card assembly obsolescence resolution, cross-functional team management, engineering support for debug and repair services, and hardware lab management. Prior to this role, Fazil spent 18 years at Mitel as a Team Lead in Product Engineering, focusing on failure analysis and resolution for all Mitel systems. Fazil holds an Electronics Technologist degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and has furthered education at Code School.
